BENEFIT ADMINISTRATION CLERK

To render a service to the Industry.

Develop a good and co-operative relationship with the clients.

Ensure that the clients understand  and are satisfied  with what the procedure is when applying for Benefits.

Activities of the job include.

  • Answer telephonic queries with regard to benefits available and status of benefit claims.
  • Assemble cheques with remittance advices , contact members via sms, letter or telephone for collection of cheques.
  • Filing of benefit cheques.
  • Requisition for all benefit cheque deposits where requested.
  • Verify and register benefit claims.
  • Switchboard relieve.

     

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Minimum of 1 years experience
  • Self starter
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Good people skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Computer literacy

BENEFIT ADMINISTRATION FRONT DESK CLERK

To render a service to the Industry.

· Communicating  with the clients and various departments

· Interviewing and capturing of all Benefit claims

· Administering,  processing and filing of  Benefit claims

· Issuing of Benefit cheques

· Resolving queries at front desk and telephonically

  • Receipting of cash

· Issuing of duplicate record cards.

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Minimum of 1 years experience
  • Self starter
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Good people skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Computer literacy

Chamber Accountant

Main Purpose of Job:

Processes daily payments, receipts, cash on hand, petty cash, maintain Chamber Ledger, controls inter company loan accounts between the various funds, draft management accounts, liaise with the auditors at year-end, oversees the performance of the treasury Clerk, handles all insurance matters, assist with annual budgeting, and any other related function.
 

 
Panel Doctor Clerk/Data-Capturer


1. Sorting and batching incoming mail in preparation for capturing in Case 2000 and in Excel spreadsheet.

2. Capturing of panel doctor medical certificates and balancing them against weekly account sheets – reaching daily quota so that month-end run could be done timeously. The level of accurate capturing and at an acceptable speed is important due to the high volumes of certificates being processed on a daily basis.

3. Sorting out and investigating queries e.g. non-payment of consultations to panel doctors; member with invalid card; member exceeded 8 or pro-rata visits; IT queries; Termination/engagement dates queries etc
Liasing with the Clinical Director, Panel Doctors, their supporting staff in
person and telephonically, CIO’s , benefit admin., IT and system related
queries.

4. Itilect request to be completed for month-end run.

5. Checking panel doctor day-end reports.
